Logistics Supervisor

About the role

This role involves coordinating logistics operations, managing freight forwarding and transportation activities, and supervising logistics staff to ensure goods are delivered within agreed terms.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the Monthly Import/Export production report
• Communicate effectively with clients and respond to their requirements to ensure goods are delivered within agreed terms
• Give direction to workers while supervising and resolving problems in the logistics business
• Keep track of Logistics staff's attendance and work performance
• Confirm the assignment of delivery for the next day
• Check the charging bill is correct
• Manage and file incident reports in the Logistics team
• Conduct regular performance discussions with assigned staff and provide timely coaching and feedback
• Prepare, discuss, and document the Performance Development Plan (PDP) of each assigned staff
• Monitor the implementation of agreed development plans and provide guidance and support to improve employee performance

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year college course, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant experience as a Trucking Coordinator, Fleet Operations Supervisor, or in a similar logistics-related role
• Experience or exposure in freight forwarding, transportation, and logistics operations
• Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
