Logistics Supervisor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the logistics team, including drivers, riders, and logistics staff.
• Plan and monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
• Assign delivery routes, vehicles, and personnel based on operational requirements.
• Monitor vehicle utilization, availability, and overall fleet performance.
• Monitor fuel consumption, trip tickets, mileage, and other fleet-related records.
• Implement measures to improve delivery efficiency, route planning, vehicle utilization, and operating costs.
• Conduct regular briefings and coaching sessions with logistics personnel.
• Prepare periodic logistics and operational reports.
• Monitor key logistics performance indicators and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
• Assist in manpower planning, scheduling, training, and performance evaluation of logistics personnel.
• Coordinate with maintenance and fleet personnel regarding vehicle repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of accidents, incidents, vehicle breakdowns, and other logistics-related issues.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse, fleet, or delivery operations, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Experience in supervising drivers, riders, warehouse personnel, or logistics staff is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of delivery operations, route planning, fleet coordination, and logistics processes.
• Good knowledge of inventory and delivery documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
