Logistics Supervisor

• Graduate of any business related course
• with at least 3 years work experience
• Closely monitor loading of store deliveries to minimize excessive overtime by the warehouse and logistics staff
• Double check the DES submitted by our in-house driver
• Double check request of Preventive Maintenance of driver
• Ensure that in-house trucks are fully utilize
• Checking of timesheet for all employees under access (Driver & Helper)
• Submit performance evaluation under agency (Driver & Helper)
• Responsible for the Performance Management System (PMS) of regular employee (Driver & Helper)
• Collate and double check monthly reports thru truck expenses monitoring
• Conduct regular inspection for all in-house trucks assigned in the warehouse
• Work closely with the third party logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
