Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily logistics operations: inbound, outbound, inventory, and dispatching
- Lead and schedule team: checkers, drivers, helpers, and warehouse staff
- Ensure accurate inventory, stock levels, and delivery documentation (DR, SI, Waybill)
- Coordinate with sales, purchasing, and trucking for delivery schedules
- Monitor KPI: on-time delivery, order accuracy, and warehouse efficiency
- Resolve delivery issues, returns, and customer complaints
- Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and 5S compliance
- Prepare daily/weekly logistics reports
