Logistics Supervisor

1. Design and implement efficient delivery schedules and optimize cargo allocation to maximize vehicle utilization while achieving on-time delivery targets.

2. Supervise and lead Distribution personnel, ensuring productivity, operational efficiency, accountability, and the integrity of all delivery activities.

3. Manage drivers, plan and optimize delivery routes, monitor shipment progress, and ensure deliveries are completed safely, cost-effectively, and on schedule.

4. Promptly address delivery delays, damaged goods, delivery discrepancies, and customer complaints by coordinating closely with the Sales, Warehouse, and other concerned departments to ensure timely resolution.

5. Ensure all customer deliveries are accurately loaded, verified, properly documented, and completed within the agreed delivery schedule.

6. Plan and maintain adequate manpower to support daily operations while promoting employee engagement, retention, and workforce productivity.

7. Ensure all Distribution personnel comply with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, safety regulations, and assigned responsibilities.

8. Foster and maintain professional, courteous, and effective working relationships with customers and internal departments to support operational excellence.

9. Coordinate and schedule the pick-up and transfer of finished goods, raw materials, merchandise items, and other company-purchased items from suppliers, production facilities, and off-site warehouses.

10. Ensure all delivery vehicles maintain valid and updated permits, registrations, licenses, and regulatory requirements, including smoke emission certificates, traffic clearances, vehicle registrations, and other government-mandated documents.

11. Ensure all distribution-related records, delivery documents, permits, and reports are complete, accurate, properly maintained, and readily available for reference and audit.

12. Maintain high standards of housekeeping, cleanliness, and organization within the Distribution area and ensure all company vehicles and equipment are clean, well-maintained, and presentable at all times.

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
