What they need
- Responsible for planning and coordinating of routes.
- Responsible for managing the daily logistics and transportation of specimens from all areas to the laboratory.
- Overseeing the process of sample transportation and safety in the event of an accident or other unforeseen circumstances e.g. climate weather, etc
- Responsible for dispatching couriers, receiving telephonic collections from clients. Ensuring the couriers are collecting blood specimens and delivery reports in an appropriate time
- Responsible for managing the couriers
- Management of fleet
- Compiling reports to management
- Drawing up of logistics roster and managing logistics routes for sample pick ups
- Dispatching of signed laboratory result report to clients.
- Reviewing of completed records and records keeping
- Reviewing of Management System documents
- Monitor tracking sheets
- Compiling of monthly meeting reports and compiling trend/ stat analysis for management
