Logistics Supervisor

Job Description As a Logistics Supervisor , you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the flow of materials, products, and information across the supply chain. You will lead logistics activities, ensure service excellence, drive process improvements, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations, including previous leadership experience as a Coordinator or Supervisor.
• Fluent English is mandatory, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global and cross-functional environment.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms, preferably SAP.
• Solid experience in inventory management, inventory accuracy, cycle counting, and stock control processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, or similar) is highly desirable.
• Results-oriented professional with excellent organizational, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of logistics KPIs, warehousing best practices, and supply chain optimization.
