Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain, warehousing, fleet management, and site delivery operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that raw materials, custom fabrication assets, tools, and finished design products are transported efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively from our manufacturing facilities to project sites.

Key Responsibilities

Fleet Management & Transport Operations

• Manage, schedule, and route company delivery vehicles, trucks, and driver teams to meet project completion timelines.
• Personally operate or inspect delivery vehicles when required, ensuring full adherence to land transportation laws and traffic regulations.
• Conduct routine inspections, maintain preventive maintenance logs, and manage fuel consumption for all company vehicles and delivery fleets.

Warehouse & Material Control

• Oversee warehouse inventory levels, raw material dispatch, and finished goods movement.
• Coordinate receiving, loading, unloading, and staging operations to prevent product damage during transit.
• Implement inventory control systems and conduct periodic stock audits to minimize loss, shrinkage, and operational delays.

Cost Optimization & Logistics Planning

• Analyze transport routes, delivery schedules, and vendor logistics options to minimize operational expenses and turn-around times.
• Negotiate rates and monitor SLAs with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and freight forwarders.
• Enforce lean logistics practices and ensure strict adherence to company resource conservation guidelines.

Safety, Compliance & Team Leadership

• Supervise, train, and evaluate drivers, logistics assistants, and warehouse handlers.
• Enforce Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards across all warehouse loading bays and transport routes.
• Manage trip tickets, delivery receipts, gate passes, and transport documentation accurately.

Qualifications & Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Must possess a valid Professional Driver’s License (with appropriate Restriction Codes/Driver License Codes for light and heavy utility vehicles).
• Minimum of 2–5 years of proven supervisory experience in logistics, fleet management, warehouse operations, or supply chain distribution (preferably within furniture manufacturing, construction, interior design, or fabrication industries).

Technical & Soft Skills:

• Strong proficiency in route planning, fleet tracking systems, and inventory management software (ERP/WMS).
• In-depth knowledge of vehicular mechanics, preventive maintenance procedures, and road safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, conflict resolution, and team management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a keen focus on process optimization.
• Fluent in English and Cebuano/Tagalog, with strong oral and written communication skills.

License/Certification:

• Professional driver's license (Required)
