Logistics Supervisor (Fleet Management)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operations of the Mister Donut delivery fleet, including company-owned diesel and electric vehicles (EVs), ensuring efficient and uninterrupted delivery operations.
• Monitor fleet performance and promptly address operational issues, vehicle breakdowns, logistics concerns, and delivery-related challenges.
• Coordinate and manage third-party transport service providers to ensure compliance with company standards, service levels, and delivery schedules.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with accredited diesel and electric vehicle service centers for preventive maintenance, repairs, and technical support.
• Develop and monitor preventive maintenance schedules to maximize vehicle availability and minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, company safety policies, and fleet operating procedures.
• Track and analyze fleet utilization, vehicle performance, maintenance records, fuel consumption, and operating costs.
• Prepare and submit periodic operational, maintenance, and fleet performance reports required by management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance logistics efficiency, fleet reliability, and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with Warehouse, Distribution, Procurement, and other internal departments to ensure seamless delivery operations.
• Perform other logistics and fleet management duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Electrical Engineering (BSEE).
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Transport Management, Fleet Management, or Logistics Operations.
• Experience handling both diesel and electric vehicle (EV) fleets is required.
• Experience coordinating with third-party logistics providers and external vehicle service providers.
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance for commercial vehicles.
• Strong understanding of transportation operations, fleet utilization, and logistics planning.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and operational monitoring.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Able to work under pressure and effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work full time on site in Manggahan, Pasig.
