Logistics / Supply Chain Executive

We are looking for a energetic Logistics Executive to support our supply chain and logistics operations. The role requires strong coordination skills, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to manage vendors, stock movement, and delivery schedules effectively.

Role & responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily logistics operations including material inward/outward, stock handling, and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate records of goods received and delivered.
• Prepare delivery challans, invoices, and logistics-related documents.
• Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal teams for smooth operations.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock reconciliation, and assist in purchase follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and timely reporting of logistics data.
• Support accounts team in logistics-related billing and vendor payment documentation.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• B.Com with minimum 1 year of experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Strong communication skills in Tamil & English (mandatory).
• Knowledge of basic accounting and Zoho Books working experience.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
