Logistics Supply Chain Management

Responsibilities:

• Manage rolling forecasts, order releases, and shipment tracking for imported parts.
• Monitor supplier capacity, holidays, and external risks to ensure production continuity.
• Monitor inventory turnover and manage long-cycle stock to maintain lean inventory.
• Handle emergency/supplementary parts requirements and expedited transportation.
• Manage EOL parts to minimize excess and sunk costs.
• Optimize international transportation plans, lead times, and logistics costs.
• Coordinate transportation schedules, container pick-up, and real-time shipment tracking.
• Oversee and standardize KD warehouse operations and processes.
• Ensure inventory data accuracy and conduct cyclic, static, and ad-hoc stock counts.
• Manage KD unpacking, receiving, inventory accounting, and end-to-end warehouse tracking.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related engineering field.
• Proficient in operating systems, responsible for system data setup and maintenance Calculate production, sample, and additional demand accurately.
• Minimum 3 years of supply chain management experience (experience in the automotive industry or KD parts export is highly preferred).
• Strong knowledge of the Automotive industry, specifically in CKD (Completely Knocked Down) or KD (Knock-Down) operations.
• Solid track record in managing high-volume inventory, turnover rates, and long-cycle stock mitigation.
• Standard and fluent English and Thai, understanding Chinese is preferred
