Logistics Support

At Ubiquity, we live and breathe our mantra: Head, Heart, Hustle. This isn’t just a philosophy—it’s the foundation of who we are and what we do. As a Receiving & Inbound Logistics Support

, you’ll embody this mantra every day, delivering exceptional service with expertise, empathy, and a drive to succeed.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain accurate inbound shipment updates in the container tracking chart and NetSuite.

• Track ETD, ETA, customs clearance, delivery orders, last free days, delivery appointments, warehouse delivery, and empty container returns.

• Follow up with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and trucking companies for updates, documents, and delivery arrangements.

• Report shipment delays, vessel rollovers, customs issues, and delivery problems.

• Coordinate deliveries based on warehouse receiving hours, capacity, and priorities.

• Monitor container deadlines to help prevent demurrage, detention, storage, and late-return charges.

• Maintain organized shipment communications and issue-resolution records.

• Candidates with relevant inbound logistics experience, ideally supporting US operations, and familiarity with NetSuite.
