What they need
About Us: Knuckey Logistics provides 3PL and 4PL solutions, specialising in agricultural products. Our network of warehouses, depots and distribution centres across Australia provides warehousing and transport options regardless of location.
Knuckey Logistics is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Support Staff – Forklift Operator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a values-driven organisation committed to modernisation, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
The Position: We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team at our Laverton North warehouse as Logistics Support Staff. This hands-on role is integral to the warehouse's day-to-day operations and suits someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
Your responsibilities will include safe unloading, loading, movement, picking and packing of stock to ensure accurate and timely dispatch of orders. You will operate forklifts, so a strong commitment to safety is essential at all times — for yourself, your colleagues, and company assets.
You will also assist in maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment, working closely with the wider team and reporting to the Warehouse Manager. As a 3PL provider, stock integrity is crucial. Attention to detail and prior inventory experience are expected. As Knuckey Logistics continues to evolve as a modern and agile business, a willingness to learn, adapt, and upskill will be key to your success in this role.
