Job Overview

AlphaOne Fulfillment Inc is seeking a reliable and organized Logistics Support Specialist to assist with daily shipping, order fulfillment, inventory, and logistics activities. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and interested in building experience in logistics and operations.

The Logistics Support Specialist will help coordinate routine shipment activities, maintain accurate records, communicate with internal teams and carriers, and support the smooth movement of products from receiving through delivery. Training will be provided, and previous logistics experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily logistics and fulfillment operations
• Coordinate routine shipping and delivery activities
• Prepare and verify shipping labels, packing lists, and related documents
• Track shipments and update delivery information
• Communicate with carriers, couriers, and internal team members
• Verify order details, quantities, addresses, and shipping information
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and staging inventory
• Update order, inventory, and shipment information in company systems
• Monitor shipment status and report delays or delivery issues
• Help resolve routine discrepancies related to orders and shipments
• Maintain organized records of logistics activities
• Assist with packing, labeling, and preparing orders for shipment when needed
• Help maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines
• Support other administrative and operational tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Previous logistics or fulfillment experience is not required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer and email skills
• Ability to learn shipping, inventory, and order management systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay: $22.50 - $23.50 per hour
