Main responsibilities:

• Coordinate road shipments across Europe.
• Track deliveries and keep shipments on schedule.
• Communicate with customers, carriers, warehouses and production sites.
• Handle delivery issues and find quick solutions when problems arise.
• Work closely with Supply Chain, Sales and other internal teams.
• Update shipment information in SAP.
• Make sure deliveries arrive on time, and customers receive the best possible service.

Required skills:

• 1–3 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain or Transportation (Customer Service / Service Desk experience is also welcome).
• Fluent German and English – you'll use both languages on a daily basis.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
