Logistics Support Technician

Job Overview

Hydro Steam-Therm is looking for a reliable and hands-on Logistics Support Technician to assist with equipment, materials, field service, and industrial operations. This role supports daily logistics activities, equipment handling, documentation, and coordination to help ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, organize, and stage equipment and materials.
• Assist with loading, unloading, transportation, and delivery of industrial equipment.
• Track tools, parts, supplies, and service materials.
• Prepare shipping documents, work orders, service records, and inventory updates.
• Coordinate with technicians, field teams, project managers, vendors, and customers.
• Use hand tools, power tools, lifting equipment, and basic testing equipment as required.
• Support equipment setup, maintenance activities, shutdowns, turnarounds, and field projects.
• Follow OSHA and company safety procedures and maintain an organized work area.
• Report damaged materials, equipment issues, delays, and inventory discrepancies.
• Assist with other warehouse, field service, and logistics tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, industrial services, or maintenance is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read basic work orders, technical documents, or equipment instructions.
• Comfortable working in industrial and physically demanding environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work at heights, in confined spaces, or outdoors when required.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, travel, or support shutdown projects as needed.

Pay: $24.18 - $28.70 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
