Logistics Support Technician

Job Overview

Social Buzzn is seeking an organized and proactive Logistics Support Technician to support daily operations, scheduling, documentation, customer coordination, and internal projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, solving problems, and keeping workflows running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate daily schedules, operational workflows, and project activities
• Support customer onboarding, account coordination, and service requests
• Track timelines, deliverables, and internal projects
• Maintain accurate records, reports, documentation, and trackers
• Monitor KPIs and workflow performance
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues
• Use CRM and project management systems to track tasks and workflows
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency
• Assist with new tools, automation, testing, and process improvements

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in logistics, operations, project coordination, customer service, or a related field
• Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Familiarity with CRM, workflow, or project management platforms
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, or Trello
• Familiarity with automation, analytics, digital platforms, or AI-powered tools
