Logistics Technology Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Factory Logistics Planning & Bottleneck Improvement
  Responsible for logistics planning for KD (Knock-Down) imported parts and localized parts, including warehousing, repacking, delivery routing, and sequencing parts. Audit internal warehouse location planning within workshops and review layout adjustments for workshop-related logistics areas; guide and collaborate with workshops on logistics improvement activities.
• Factory Logistics Safety Management & Improvement
  Oversee safety management across factory logistics zones, including KD warehouses and external rental warehouses. Guide and supervise workshop and warehouse operators to strictly adhere to safety management rules and drive continuous improvement.
• Factory Racks Management & Improvement
  Manage internal factory racks/packaging, including daily usage, empty return, bidding, manufacturing, maintenance, and repair of self-made containers, as well as asset safety management.
• Factory Logistics System Data Maintenance
  Spearhead the business logic development and management of factory logistics systems, alongside the maintenance and governance of internal logistics parameters.
• Factory Packaging Management & Improvement
  Drive packaging problem-solving and improvements for KD imported parts; lead the design, validation, execution, and continuous improvement of packaging solutions for KD exported parts.
• Daily Management of the Logistics Technology Team
  Manage the logistics technology team, including work assignments, execution management, performance evaluations, and talent development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in factory logistics within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong experience in logistics planning, warehouse management, material flow, packaging, and process improvement.
• Experience in logistics project management and team management is preferred.
• Good command of English; Chinese is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools.
• Able to work effectively with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
