Role: Junior Logistics Analyst (Contract role for 1yr) Based on performance you will be converted to on-payrolls of company

Exp: 0-1yrs

Budget: 20-25k per month (If you give your best in the interview, we can try to increase budget)

Shift: Night Shift (Pick-up & Drop facility provided for free by company)

Interview Round: 3 rounds (All round on same day)

The Junior Logistics Analyst will be based in Hyderabad. In this position, you will report to the Senior Manager Strategic Logistics.

We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

Here is a glimpse of what you will do:

• Consolidate and analyze financial data, including freight invoice validation, reconciliations, period-to-period variance analysis, and analyzing cost deviation with variance explanations.
• Maintain the financial status of 100+ multiple projects in weekly status reports showing budget, forecast, extra cost, and invoice status.
• Ensure the reporting of each freight forwarder rate is strictly adhered to, especially in regard to invoicing, costs, payments (including terms), and budgets.

Here is some of what you will need (required):

• B.com/BBA/B.sc graduates with (0-1) years experience in invoice processing and validation activities.
• Fresh Graduates can also apply.
• Flexible to work in US timings.
• Self-starting mindset, attention to details.
• Intermediate to Advance excel skills (familiar with formula VLOOKUP, sum if, etc.), and PPT.
