Logistics Trainee

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Trainee to join our logistics and supply chain team. The candidate will receive practical training in logistics operations, shipment coordination, inventory management, documentation, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating daily logistics and transportation activities.
• Prepare and maintain logistics-related documents, records, and reports.
• Coordinate with transporters, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Track shipments and provide regular status updates.
• Assist in managing inventory and maintaining accurate stock records.
• Support order processing, dispatch, and delivery activities.
• Verify shipping documents, invoices, delivery challans, and related paperwork.
• Monitor delivery schedules and help resolve delays or operational issues.
• Update logistics data in MS Excel/ERP systems.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures.
• Perform other logistics-related tasks as assigned by the manager.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic to intermediate MS Excel knowledge.
• Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work with deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to learn logistics processes and ERP/software systems.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in B.Com, BBA, MBA (Supply Chain/Logistics), or any relevant discipline.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
