Logistics trainee

Key responsibilities include shadowing experienced professionals, analyzing operational data, coordinating shipments, and identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Trainees often work on real-world projects, such as cost optimization or vendor management, and are expected to demonstrate proficiency in data analysis tools (like SAP or Excel) and problem-solving. Upon successful completion of the program, trainees are frequently offered permanent management positions, such as receiving manager, configuration analyst, or operations supervisor. Requirements typically include a bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or engineering, along with strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and a willingness to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
