LOGISTIC/SHIPPING EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities

Minimum 2 years’ experience of handling Import/Export shipment

Manage all logistics matters for incoming/outgoing goods

Transport Management, Shipping Documentation & Customs

• Negotiate freight rates, transportation costs, service terms, and delivery arrangements.
• Plan and coordinate delivery schedules and transportation routes to ensure timely and cost-effective shipments.
• Select and coordinate with freight carriers, shipping lines, trucking companies, and logistics service providers.
• Coordinate container bookings, loading schedules, trucking arrangements, and port documentation.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, Letter of Credit and other export/import documentation.
• Coordinate with customs officers, port authorities, shipping agents, and relevant government agencies to ensure smooth import and export clearance.
• Ensure all shipping documentation is accurate and submitted within the required timelines.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
