Logistics/Shipping/Clerk

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics/Shipping/ Clerk to join our team.

• Responsibilities:

• • Coordinate local and international shipments through several different transport companies, arranging for efficient delivery and pickup- Manage the process of the shipping documentation and coordination, including bills of lading, shipping labels, and custom forms, accurately and in a timely manner- Respond to customer shipping inquiries in a professional and timely manner- Verifying and sorting freight upon arrival

• Requirements:

• Prior shipping experience with FedEx, UPS, Purolator and DHL is a necessity- Proven experience in shipping or a similar role, with a strong understanding of shipping procedures- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation- Very good computer skills of Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook) required- Knowledge of Momentis an asset- Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English and French- Work schedule is flexible

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
