• Coordinate with carriers, shipping and transportation department to manage import and export shipments.
• Handle shipment bookings, shipping instructions (SI), arrival notices, invoices, and related documentation.
• Monitor cargo readiness, vessel and flight schedules, and shipment status to ensure smooth operations.
• Update shipment information in the system and coordinate with relevant teams on billing and documentation.
• Handle customer inquiries, coordinate shipment-related issues, and provide timely solutions with a service-minded approach.
