(Logman) Global Partner Executive

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas agents, strategic partners, and key accounts to drive long-term business growth.

2. Respond promptly to emails and business inquiries from customers, overseas partners, and internal teams.

3. Source competitive freight rates from shipping lines, airlines, and overseas agents, and prepare accurate quotations.

4. Coordinate international shipments from booking through cargo delivery to ensure smooth operations.

5. Monitor transportation costs, pricing, and profitability while maintaining competitive service offerings.

6. Identify new business opportunities by expanding the company's global partner network.

7. Monitor partner performance and maintain effective communication across the international network.

8. Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and business performance to support growth strategies.

9. Represent the company at international logistics conferences, networking events, business meetings, and customer visits worldwide.

Qualifications

1. Age 22–32 years.

2. Minimum 1 year of experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Shipping, or International Trade.

3. Good command of written and spoken English.

4. Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

5. Customer-oriented with excellent problem-solving and coordination abilities.

6. Self-motivated, responsible, adaptable, and able to support overseas partners across different time zones, including occasional after-hours communication.

7. Passion for international business and building long-term global partnerships.

8. Able to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.

9. Willing to travel overseas for conferences, business meetings, and customer visits.
