Logo Designer

Brandconn Digital Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a talented and creative Freelance Logo Designer with 3–5 years of experience in logo design and brand identity development. The ideal candidate should have a strong creative vision, excellent design skills, and the ability to create unique, professional, and visually appealing logos for clients across various industries.

The freelancer will collaborate with our creative and digital marketing teams on a project basis to deliver high-quality designs within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Create unique, creative, and professional logos based on client requirements and brand objectives.

Develop multiple logo concepts and design variations for review and approval.

Create brand identity elements, including typography, color palettes, and basic brand guidelines.

Understand client briefs and translate business ideas into effective visual identities.

Revise and refine designs based on feedback from the internal team or clients.

Ensure logos are original, scalable, versatile, and suitable for websites, social media, and other marketing materials.

Deliver final designs in editable and web-ready formats, including AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, PNG, and JPG.

Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and adherence to project requirements.

Manage assigned projects independently while maintaining quality and consistency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in logo design, branding, and visual identity development.

Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.

Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and vector graphics.

Ability to develop creative concepts and translate briefs into meaningful designs.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to incorporate feedback effectively.

Good communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Ability to meet project deadlines and manage revisions efficiently.

A strong portfolio showcasing previous logo design and branding projects.

Engagement Details

Freelance engagement on a project basis, depending on business requirements.

Remote working arrangement with flexible scheduling, subject to agreed deadlines.

Payment will be mutually agreed upon based on project scope, complexity, and deliverables.

Possibility of ongoing assignments based on work quality, availability, and business requirements.
