Warehouse Operations | RF Scanning | Inventory & Dispatch

We are seeking an experienced and reliable LO/LF Forklift Operator to join a busy warehouse team. This is a varied role encompassing inbound receipting, order fulfilment, inventory management, forklift operation, and general warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and assess inbound goods for quality and accuracy
• Accurately put away stock into designated warehouse locations
• Process customer returns, including verification, inspection, and documentation
• Pick and pack orders using RF scanners with a high level of accuracy
• Prepare outbound orders with correct labels, pick slips, and shipping documentation
• Operate both LO and LF forklifts safely and efficiently
• Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Excel to maintain accurate inventory records
• Assist with container unloading and stock movements
• Conduct equipment checks and report maintenance issues
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment

Skills & Experience

To be successful, you will need to have:

• Current LO and LF Forklift Licences
• Minimum 2 years' warehouse experience
• Experience using RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems
• Strong computer skills including Excel and Microsoft Word
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive, reliable, and proactive attitude
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and operational needs
