PRN LTAC RN providing high-acuity, evidence-based care to medically complex patients in a Long-Term Acute Care setting.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care.</li>
<li>Manage vents, trachs, and complex wounds.</li>
<li>Administer medications and document accurately.</li>
<li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and ensure safe transitions.</li>
<li>Follow infection control and patient safety standards.</li>
<li>Respond effectively to changes in patient condition.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications &amp; Skills
<ul>
<li>Licensed RN with relevant experience in high-acuity care.</li>
<li>Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.</li>
<li>Ability to manage complex medical devices and wounds.</li>
<li>Excellent documentation and communication abilities.</li>
<li>Commitment to patient safety and infection control protocols.</li>
