What You Will Enjoy Doing ALPLA Long-Term Internship Program This program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the Human Resources Department while contributing to real-life HR projects over 11 months.

The internship program will be conducted at the plant in Gebze. What Makes You Great

• 3rd or 4th-year undergraduate students majoring in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, or related fields, with student status continuing throughout the 11-month internship program.
• Good command of both English and Turkish, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interest in Human Resources and motivation to gain practical experience in HR operations and projects.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with an analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Residing in Istanbul or Kocaeli, within commuting distance of our Gebze plant and along the company shuttle routes covering the Maltepe–Gebze corridor.
• Available to work at least 3 days per week during the academic year.
