We provide high-quality instruction and therapeutic interventions that support the academic, social, and emotional growth of each student.We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Long-Term Substitute Teacher who brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, flexibility, and a genuine desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with administrators, clinicians, and paraprofessionals to deliver structured, supportive, and engaging instruction aligned with student IEP goals.Responsibilities: * Deliver daily instruction aligned with curriculum standards and individual student needs* Implement behavior support plans and therapeutic strategies* Maintain a structured, safe, and respectful classroom environment* Collaborate with related service providers and families as appropriate* Participate in team meetings and professional development as assignedRequirements: * Massachusetts teacher certification* Successful completion of CORI and fingerprinting* Willingness to complete physical management training (provided by the Collaborative)* Experience working with students with social-emotional or behavioral challenges preferredThis is a long-term substitute position.
