MORGAiN Physical Therapy is a physical therapy practice in Grand Forks, ND, built around a simple mission: help our community move, feel, and live better — without unnecessary surgeries or a lifetime of pain pills.

We're evolving into a full-spectrum regenerative and longevity wellness practice. Alongside individualized, movement-based physical therapy, we now offer advanced recovery and regenerative technologies — including Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, PEMF Therapy, Red Light Therapy, Sauna Recovery, and Compression Recovery Technology —inside our new Longevity Lounge. Your Role

We are looking for a passionate, people-first sales professional to lead the growth of our Longevity Lounge membership program. You do not need a clinical or healthcare background — but you must genuinely care about health and helping people feel their best.

This role is the bridge between a patient's first experience with the Lounge and a committed membership plan. You will own our trial-to-membership pipeline, follow up with every prospect who doesn't convert same-day, manage Lounge scheduling, and hold our clinical team accountable to recommending these life-changing services.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Longevity Experience Trial pipeline in our CRM — log every session and follow up within 48 hours with anyone who doesn't convert same-day
• Close Longevity Lounge memberships and convert trial participants into Restore, Thrive, or Elite members
• Manage scheduling for the Longevity Lounge — keep the calendar full, meet with new patients, and schedule trials of our cash-pay services
• Coach and hold our clinical team accountable to recommending Lounge services to eligible patients — with simple, comfortable talking points
• Track weekly cash revenue progress against our clinic goal and report directly to the owner
• Keep our CRM and revenue tracking clean, current, and accurate
• Support marketing campaigns targeting active women 50+ in the Grand Forks area
• Collect member testimonials and success stories for social media and marketing

What We're Looking For

• A consultative, relationship-first approach to sales — you educate and guide, not push
• Genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping people feel their best
• Experience tracking and managing a sales pipeline (any industry considered)
• Some experience leading or managing a team
• Comfortable learning new software quickly
• Organized, self-starting, and accountable — you manage your own follow-up cadence
• A team player who thrives in a small, high-energy clinic environment
• Scheduling or coordination experience is a plus

Pay is hourly ($28–$30/hour) based on your sales experience, plus a profit-sharing bonus tied directly to Longevity Lounge revenue — with no ceiling on what you can earn. Estimated monthly bonuses range from $0 up to $3,750+ as the Lounge grows.
