We are looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer to build and maintain secure and reliable release pipelines. The role will focus on CI/CD automation, quality and security gates, controlled artifact promotion, deployment validation, observability, and release evidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Jenkins pipelines covering build, scan, test, approval, deployment, and release validation.

- Integrate secure credential management using Vault, CyberArk, or an equivalent enterprise secrets platform.
- Support container and VM deployment automation using tools such as Argo CD, Ansible, and Terraform, based on the target environment.
- Configure Dynatrace synthetic monitoring, deployment annotations, dashboards, alerts, and post-deployment validation.
- Capture and publish release evidence required for approvals, audit, and operational handover.
- Troubleshoot pipeline, deployment, environment, and integration failures.
- Create operational runbooks and support release-readiness and knowledge-transfer activities.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Jenkins pipeline-as-code, shared libraries, build agents, credentials, approvals, and failure recovery.
- Experience integrating Java and Maven applications with CI/CD pipelines.
- Good knowledge of Git, Linux, shell scripting, and REST API integration.
- Hands-on experience with SonarQube and enterprise security-scanning tools.
- Experience with artifact repositories and controlled artifact promotion across environments.
- Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, or Ansible-based VM deployments.
- Experience with enterprise secrets-management solutions.
- Experience implementing monitoring, alerting, and deployment validation.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-team collaboration skills.
Good to Have
- Argo CD, Terraform, Ansible, and Open Policy Agent.
- Dynatrace synthetic monitoring and SLO configuration.
- HashiCorp Vault or CyberArk.
- SBOM generation using Syft or CycloneDX.
- Checkmarx, dependency scanning, and container-image scanning.
- OpenSearch, Grafana, or Kibana dashboards.
- Artifact signing and software supply-chain security.
