Position: Project Manager / Deputy Project Manager (PM/DPM)

Location: Greater Noida

Experience: 10 TO 12 Years

Industry: Construction / Infrastructure Projects

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and monitor project timelines, including Master Schedule, Monthly Plans, and Weekly Activity Plans.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor piling works and other construction activities.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review overall project progress against planned schedules and ensure timely completion.
• Prepare and present periodic project progress reports to management and clients.
• Monitor construction activities and provide necessary technical inputs.
• Ensure proper activity sequencing and effective coordination among all project teams.
• Supervise and guide junior team members and monitor their performance.
• Ensure adherence to project quality, safety, and execution standards.
• Identify project-related issues and coordinate with concerned teams for timely resolution.

Eligibility & Requirements

• B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
• Mandatory experience in piling work/projects.
• Experience in large-scale infrastructure, industrial, foundation, or EPC construction projects will be preferred.
• Experience in handling clients, consultants, contractors, and site execution teams.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, construction execution, and site coordination.
• Excellent communication, coordination, leadership, and presentation skills.
• Candidates currently based in or willing to relocate to Greater Noida will be preferred.
