Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently maintained in all food handling and preparation tasks
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables promptly during busy periods, demonstrating excellent time management skills

Requirements

• Proven experience as a server in a restaurant or food service environment with full-time availability
• Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, for order processing and cashiering
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
• Familiarity with food safety regulations, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
• Ability to perform basic math for billing, tipping, and inventory purposes
• Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus but not mandatory
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting
• Previous restaurant experience within the food industry is highly preferred
