Duties

• Welcome guests warmly as a Hostess or Host, managing reservations through SimpleHost and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize flow.
• Take and serve orders accurately using Kwick POS, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Assist servers by bussing tables promptly and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, upselling menu items to enhance their experience, and fostering positive guest relations.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service roles such as server, host/hostess, busser, or food runner within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of Kwick POS systems.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures..
• Strong guest relations skills to foster positive experiences from arrival to departure.

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 30.0 per week
