We are urgently looking for Personal Assistant to Managing Director role:

Location: Delhi - Okhla Phase - 1
Experience: 3-7 Years

Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Gender: Females Only

Age: 27 Years - 37 Years

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the MDs calendar, meetings, appointments, and daily schedule.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
• Prepare reports, presentations, meeting notes, and other documents.
• Track and follow up on important tasks, action points, and deadlines.
• Handle correspondence, emails, travel arrangements, and other administrative activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and management information.
• Provide day-to-day executive and administrative support to the MD.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Professional, proactive, well-organized, and trustworthy.
• Prior experience supporting a MD/CEO/Director/Senior Management will be preferred.
