Job Summary

Kanwar Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Project Manager / DGM – Projects to lead and manage large-scale projects from planning through execution and completion.

Candidates with experience in Thermal Power Plants, CHP, AHP, Solar Power Plants, Petrochemical Projects, or Industrial Projects are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and control projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage overall project execution, site activities, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress, cost, quality, and timelines.
• Lead and manage project/site teams effectively.
• Review project plans, drawings, BOQs, schedules, and technical requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project standards.
• Identify project risks and take timely corrective actions.
• Prepare and review project progress reports and MIS.
• Ensure timely completion and successful handover of projects.

Required Qualification & Skills

• B.Tech / B.E. in Engineering; relevant technical qualification preferred.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience in project management/execution.
• Strong experience in Power / EPC / Industrial Projects.
• Experience in Thermal Power / CHP / AHP / Solar / Petrochemical projects will be an advantage.
• Strong leadership, team management, coordination, and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of project planning, execution, cost control, and scheduling.
• Willingness to work at project/site locations.
