Job Scope
- Transport Goods: Drive long or short distances to deliver cargo safely and on time.
- Route Planning: Plan and follow the most efficient routes, taking into account traffic conditions and delivery schedules.
- Vehicle Inspection: Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
- Loading & Unloading: Load and unload cargo carefully to prevent damage.
- Documentation: Submit Delivery Orders (DO) to the office daily and ensure all documents are properly completed and handled.
- Cargo Security: Ensure cargo is properly secured and safe throughout transit.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate professionally with customers and warehouse staff regarding delivery and pickup details.
Requirements
- Possess a valid Driving License and GDL License
- Willing and able to travel outstation for deliveries
- Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Able to perform any other duties as assigned from time to time
