Job Description

W. H. Maju Sdn Bhd is an established FMCG distribution company based in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, operating since 1980 and servicing over 2,100 retail outlets.

We are looking for a responsible and committed 3-Ton Lorry Driver to join our logistics team.

As a 3-Ton Lorry Driver, you will be responsible for transporting and delivering FMCG products to supermarkets, hypermarkets, and retail outlets across Negeri Sembilan.

This role involves following assigned delivery routes, working closely with the Logistics Manager and Lorry Attendant, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining the lorry in good and safe operating condition.

Responsibilities

• Transport and deliver FMCG products to supermarkets, hypermarkets, and retail outlets across Negeri Sembilan.
• Load and unload goods with assistance from the Lorry Attendant.
• Follow assigned delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely deliveries.
• Work closely with the Logistics Manager and Lorry Attendant to coordinate daily delivery operations.
• Ensure all products are handled carefully and delivered in good condition.
• Check delivery orders and ensure the correct quantity of goods is delivered.
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and general condition of the lorry.
• Conduct basic vehicle inspections before and after deliveries.
• Report any vehicle issues, delivery problems, or stock discrepancies to the Logistics Manager.
• Follow company procedures and road safety regulations.

Requirements

• Possess a valid GDL driving licence with at least 1 year of driving experience.
• Able to read, write, and understand basic instructions.
• Familiar with using Waze or Google Maps for navigation.
• Physically fit and able to assist with loading and unloading goods.
• Honest, responsible, punctual, and committed to work.
• Able to work independently and cooperate with the logistics team.
• Willing to travel within Negeri Sembilan for daily deliveries.
• Able to work full-time from Monday to Saturday.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM1,700
• Estimated Monthly Income: RM1,800 – RM2,500 (including applicable incentives)
• Delivery Commission: Based on the number of pallets delivered
• Weekly Attendance Bonus: Approximately RM180
• Additional Attendance Bonus: RM300 every 3 months
• Additional Daily Incentive: RM20 per day (subject to company targets)
