Lorry Driver (GDL License)

• Operate company-owned or leased lorries to transport goods to customers according to the delivery schedule.
• Ensure quality and quantity of the goods before delivery to the customer.
• Load and unload goods onto the lorry, ensuring that the load is secure and that the weight distribution is appropriate for safe transport.
• Verify that the goods match the delivery order and that the delivery address is correct.
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes for delivery, taking into account traffic conditions and delivery requirements.
• Comply with all traffic laws and regulations, including safe driving practices, vehicle maintenance, and reporting any accidents or incidents.
• Inspect and maintain the lorry, including checking fluids, tire pressure, brakes, and other systems before and after each trip.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery activities, and report any discrepancies to the Logistics Manager.
• Communicate with customers and company staff as needed to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and to resolve any issues related to delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, maintaining a professional and courteous manner at all times.
• Follow driver's instructions to ensure that products are delivered properly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
