About the role

XTREME LOGISTICS SDN. BHD. is seeking a reliable and experienced Part-Time Lorry Driver to join our growing team based in Bandar Saujana Putra, Selangor. This is a part-time position that offers flexibility whilst maintaining the high standards of service delivery expected within the couriers, drivers and postal services sector. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of goods across various routes, ensuring that all deliveries are completed professionally and in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This position is integral to maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the operational excellence of XTREME LOGISTICS SDN. BHD.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the lorry safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic regulations and company safety protocols
• Transport goods and parcels to designated destinations within scheduled timeframes
• Conduct pre-journey vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues or damage promptly
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including documentation and signatures from recipients
• Ensure all cargo is secured properly and transported in accordance with relevant guidelines
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any delays
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods as required
• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the vehicle at all times
• Report any accidents, incidents or road hazards immediately to management

What we're looking for

• Valid and current Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV) or equivalent lorry driving licence appropriate for Malaysia
• Proven experience as a lorry driver or similar commercial vehicle driving role
• Strong knowledge of traffic regulations and road safety standards
• Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to meet delivery deadlines
• Reliable, punctual and professional attitude towards work
• Ability to navigate effectively using GPS systems and traditional route planning
• Good communication skills and customer service orientation
• Physical fitness to assist with loading and unloading activities
• Clean driving record with no serious traffic violations
• Flexibility to work part-time hours as required by operational needs
