A role where you’re trusted, backed, and given the space to do great work.
Looking for a role where you’re trusted, backed by a national team, and given the space to do high‑quality adjusting work? AIM Insurance Services is expanding in NSW and we’re looking for a senior/executive loss adjuster who wants flexibility, variety and a genuinely supportive culture.
We’re growing our commercial (incl commercial strata) offering and this is where you’ll play, helping us to enhance our capability and capacity in the Sydney market. With the freedom to work from home and the backing of a respected, values‑driven firm, you’ll have the opportunity to shape our position in the market, grow revenue, contribute to building a team around you and reap the financial rewards.
If you’re tired of high caseloads and want to be financially rewarded for outcomes and effort, this could be the change you’ve been looking for.

AIM is known for fairness, integrity and traditional service values — and we’ve built a reputation for doing things properly.
As part of Allied Universal Compliance and Investigations, we combine global capability with a personalised, human‑centred approach. We are pursuing a balanced growth strategy and we have made substantial investments in technical development and peer review, opening up a world of possibilities for anyone in the team.

- Dedicated CAT management for structured surge response
- Smart technology that reduces admin and frees you to focus on decision‑making
This is a place where adjusters are respected, trusted, supported and financially rewarded and we want you to feel very much a part of building the future.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing a portfolio of property claims through to settlement
- Conducting on‑site inspections and determining cause, extent and value of loss
- Preparing clear, timely and accurate reports aligned with AIM and client standards
- Providing a positive, empathetic experience for policyholders - we are all about client care!
- Communicating proactively with all stakeholders
- Overseeing reinstatement or rectification works where required
- Participating in CAT response when needed
- Representing AIM at industry events and meeting with clients face to face when required, building both the AIM brand and a personal following
- Helping to nurture client relationships and more junior talent around you through mentorship and positive interactions
- Travelling regionally or interstate as required
About You:
You’ll thrive with AIM if you bring:
- Experience in loss adjusting - senior level desired
- A genuine commitment to delivering a high‑quality claims experience
- Strong investigative, analytical and problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building ability
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for using modern technology
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Drive, energy and emotional intelligence
- A willingness to collaborate with others
Highly desirable:
- ANZIIF Diploma of Loss Adjusting (or progress toward it)
- Experience in the intermediated/broker market
What’s in it for you:
- Flexibility to work remotely with strong operational support
- Competitive remuneration well above industry averages + performance bonus
