Position Objective: Lead resort security and loss-prevention programs to protect people, assets and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop patrol, access-control and incident-response plans
• Supervise security officers, training and shift coverage
• Investigate incidents and maintain confidential records
• Coordinate emergency preparedness and local authorities as appropriate
• Review risks and recommend preventive improvements

Experiencia y aptitudes deseadas

Required Profile

• Security or loss-prevention management experience
• Knowledge of investigations, risk assessment and emergency procedures
• Strong people leadership, discretion and report-writing
• Hospitality security experience highly desirable
