Loss Prevention Supervisor

Who We Are Looking For?

As the Loss Prevention Supervisor, he/she will be responsible for conducting loss prevention, security, fire & safety checks during daily store visits.

What Awaits You:

• Conduct daily store visits in accordance to security checklist
• Review in-Store CCTV to identify any suspicious incidents and transactions
• Conduct investigations promptly as and when needed
• Conduct ad hoc loss prevention checks to ensure compliance to SOP
• Identify high-risk areas and provide recommendations to mitigate the risk
• Assist in conducting investigation for shop theft and staff dishonesty cases
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
• Conduct awareness training at store level
• Conduct workplace safety inspection at warehouses and stores
• Develop and execute loss prevention strategies and policies
• Lead teams to identify vulnerabilities and implement preventive measures
• Collaborate with senior management to align loss prevention initiatives with business objectives

We Are Excited About You If You Have:

• Secondary /Diploma holder with minimum 2 years' experience in the loss prevention or security environment
• Possess valid PLRD license
• Past experiences with Police / Law enforcement agencies will be advantageous
• Familiar with security work and police procedures relating to criminal investigation
• High standards of integrity and discipline
• Able to work independently and a team player
• Proactive, intuitive and eye for details
• Ability to use MS Office Applications
• Possess good interpersonal & communication skills
• Sound knowledge of security systems/equipment (CCTV/EAS/ALARM)
• Digitally Inclined with good follow up skills
• Able to work on a 6-day work week and rotating shifts (Morning Shift: 10:00am to 6:00pm; Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm to 10:00pm)
