Lot Attendant

Duties

• Safely move and park vehicles within the dealership lot, ensuring proper placement and organization.
• Greet guests warmly, assist with vehicle inquiries, and provide excellent customer service to enhance their experience.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the lot by removing debris and ensuring vehicles are presentable.
• Assist with vehicle inventory management, including checking in new arrivals and preparing vehicles for sale or service.
• Handle basic cash transactions or payments related to vehicle services or accessories with accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding vehicle movements or guest requests to ensure seamless operations.
• Support dealership staff by performing light maintenance tasks such as tire pressure checks or fluid levels when needed.

Experience

• Previous dealership experience is highly preferred to understand vehicle handling and lot procedures.
• Strong guest service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor that makes visitors feel welcome.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus to communicate effectively with diverse customer bases.
• Experience in hospitality or customer service roles that require clear communication and positive interactions.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly during transactions.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and assist customers confidently.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform manual tasks throughout shifts; comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Pay: Up to $18.25 per hour
