The Lot Attendant aids in bringing to life BUDDS' BMW brand experience. This position is designed to support the needs of a thriving and busy vehicle service department. This role requires a keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties:

• Reliable & punctual attendance
• Being polite & professional; greeting service customers in our service lane as they arrive
• Processing vehicle check-ins, tagging keys, putting seat covers & floor mats in customer vehicles on arrival
• carefully driving and parking customer vehicles
• Staying organized - monitoring vehicle status and ensuring vehicles are promptly washed (we have a carwash on-site) when service work is complete Communication & Teamwork- - it takes a village to move 60 - 80 customer vehicles a day, and keep everything flowing smoothly from check-in to aiding with customer pick-ups.

Successful Candidates Possess:

• Ability to lift up to 44 pounds.
• Possess a valid driver’s license (Class G) and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
• Self-motivating with an excellent work ethic.
• Loves a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work cooperatively with other employees.
• Ability to operate assigned equipment.
• Attention to detail and high quality control standards.
