Lot Coordinator – Vehicle Storage Facility

We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and organized Lot Coordinator to join our team at our vehicle storage facility. This is a full-time position that is ideal for someone who enjoys an organized work environment and is comfortable working independently.

The Lot Coordinator will be responsible for receiving and releasing vehicles, assisting customers, collecting payments, and maintaining accurate records using our computer system.

Responsibilities:

* Receive and document vehicles arriving at the facility

* Coordinate the release of vehicles to authorized customers

* Verify vehicle information and required paperwork

* Enter vehicle information into the computer system

* Collect and process payments

* Maintain accurate vehicle and transaction records

* Answer phone calls and assist customers

* Communicate with drivers, customers, and company staff

* Coordinate vehicle pickups and releases

* Keep the office and lot organized

* Follow company procedures for vehicle intake, storage, and release

* Perform general office and lot duties as needed

Requirements:

* Reliable, dependable, and punctual

* Organized and detail-oriented

* Comfortable using a computer

* Able to enter information accurately

* Basic math and cash-handling skills

* Good communication and customer service skills

* Able to work independently

* Professional and courteous with customers

* Previous automotive, towing, dispatch, office, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
