Lot Porter/runner

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lot Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot, ensuring that vehicles are properly parked and presented to customers. This role requires excellent guest service skills and a commitment to providing a positive experience for all visitors.

Duties

• Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and assist them as needed.
• Park and retrieve vehicles in a timely manner, ensuring proper handling of each vehicle.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the dealership lot, including washing and detailing vehicles as required.
• Assist with vehicle deliveries and ensure that all paperwork is completed accurately.
• Provide support to sales staff by moving vehicles as needed for customer demonstrations.
• Monitor inventory levels of vehicles on the lot and report any discrepancies.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding customer needs and vehicle status.
• Handle cash transactions accurately when assisting with cashiering duties.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
• Valid driver's license with experience driving both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Experience in valet parking or similar roles is a plus.
• Familiarity with dealership operations or retail math is advantageous.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as communication with a diverse customer base is essential.
