The Role

We're looking for an Automotive Lot Technician with Minor Mechanical Experience to join our build and reconditioning crew. You'll get your hands on every truck that comes through — from fresh arrivals to full custom transformations. This is an entry-to-intermediate position and we're willing to train the right person, with real opportunity to move up as your skills grow. If you've ever wanted to learn how custom trucks get built from the inside, this is the door in.

One thing we don't budge on: we only hire people who love custom and lifted trucks, SUVs, and fast cars. This isn't just a job here — it's a passion, and we want teammates who feel the same way.

Heads up: most of the work happens outdoors, year-round. Colorado sunshine most days, but you'll need to be good with all four seasons.

What You'll Do

• Light mechanical work — unbolting and bolting wheels, swapping components
• Trim vehicles to fit larger wheels and tires for our custom builds
• Remove and replace headlights, tail lights, fog lights, grilles, and bumpers
• Remove and replace exterior and interior trim pieces and exterior badging
• Pull OBD diagnostic codes
• Paint vehicle undercarriages
• Light clean-ups and automotive detailing to get trucks front-line ready
• Transport vehicles
• Order parts for our custom built trucks and work directly with vendors such as parts departments, detail shops and body shops
• Pitch in wherever the builds need you — no two days look the same

What We're Looking For

• A true passion for custom and lifted trucks, SUVs, and fast cars is a must — we only hire people who genuinely love this stuff. If lifted trucks on 37s and fast cars get your heart going, you'll fit right in. If not, this isn't the job for you
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with hand tools
• Willingness to learn — experience helps, but attitude and work ethic matter more
• Comfortable working outdoors year-round
• Reliable, punctual, and available Saturdays
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (you'll be moving trucks)
• Able to lift and handle wheels, tires, bumpers, and other components
• Spanish speaking is a plus, but not neccesary
