Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Lotus Notes / Domino XPages Developer to design, develop, maintain, and support business applications on the IBM Domino / HCL Notes platform. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Lotus Notes, Domino, XPages, JavaScript, SSJS, and Domino Designer, along with good application support and troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and support applications using IBM Domino / HCL Notes / XPages.
• Customize and enhance existing Lotus Notes applications, including forms, views, agents, subforms, and workflows.
• Develop XPages applications using JavaScript, SSJS, and managed beans.
• Integrate Domino applications with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and production issues.
• Perform application testing, deployment support, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with business users and internal teams for enhancements and issue resolution.
• Support knowledge transfer and work independently across multiple tasks.

Required Skills Experience

• 5-8 years of experience in Lotus Notes / Domino application development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Lotus Notes / Domino and XPages.
• Good knowledge of Domino Designer.
• Strong experience with:
  • JavaScript Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS)
  • LotusScript
  • Formula Language
  • HTML CSS
  • REST/SOAP Web Services
• Experience writing SQL queries for SQL Server or other relational databases.
• Working knowledge of IIS.
• Good understanding of Web Services protocols, API design, extensibility, and portability.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in Domino / Lotus Notes application development.
